carriage

Order values over 50.00 nett are exempt from carriage within the U.K. A minimum carriage charge of 4.50 will be added to all orders below this amount. (This excludes orders for Alligator mobile sheep handling systems. Interested parties should make contact to discuss individual requirements and delivery arrangements).

Payment can be made by cheque payable to Euroclip Ltd., or by the following Credit/Debit cards:

Master Card, Visa, Switch and Solo

Credit Card payments for orders with a nett value of less than 10.00 are subject to a surcharge of 3% to cover bank processing charges.

overseas customers

Customers outside the U.K. should contact Euroclip to discuss order processing and payment options.

returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product after purchase it must be clean, intact, unused and in its original packaging. Refund payments less any carriage charges incurred are made at the discretion of Euroclip after examining returned items to ensure that they are re-saleable, at their store.

Credit Card refunds are only made through the Credit Card refund system.
