Purchasing Heiniger Products
If you would like to buy clippers from the high precision, Swiss made Heiniger
range - The Choice of Champions - your local merchant will be able to place an order on
your behalf.

Repairs and Servicing
We can carry out repairs and servicing on all types of Heiniger clippers but as
Cox Agri do not deal direct, any transactions must go through your local agricultural
merchant. Cox Agri deal with over 1,200 merchant locations throughout the UK and we will
be happy to provide contact details for a selection of merchants in your area. Please
contact us on 0845 600 8081 where Cox Agri’s team of Customer Services Advisors will be
happy to help.
If you need to have repair work or servicing done on a clipper that is not a
Heiniger unit, your local merchant will be able to advise you.
If you have a clipper that needs to be repaired that was purchased through
Euroclip and is still under warranty (12 months from the date of purchase), Cox Agri
will carry out the work free of charge if a receipt/proof of purchase can be supplied,
regardless of who manufactured the unit.
